Can someone please correct my English I'm very sick I need to send this to disability office from here   Before the surgery I was very hard working man, my income was 7 to 8 thousands dollars a month as self employed I'm not eligible for sickness benefits I applied for WCB but didn't get improved the declined my case, now we don't have a money to pay our bills, mortgage, grocery, gas and other stuff  I feel very weak I still need some time go back to work my family doctor didn't ask me anything and fill up my disability file without asked me any questions. 

My wife helps me to take a shower. Cooking, cleanup, drving 

Laundry she does everything for me 

I'm taking several kinds of medications .

I mostly feel dizzy, blurry. 

I'm very bored at home I wanted to go back to work but my body not allowing me now

With short term disability atleast I can pay some of my bills and grocery.

I am not eligible for sickness benefits, I applied for WCB but my case got declined. Now we don’t have money to pay our bills, mortgage, groceries, gas, and other nessecties for daily living. I feel very weak and I still need time to get back to work. My family physician did not ask me anything and filled out my disability file without questions. My wife helps me with everyday tasks such as showering, cooking, cleaning, driving, and laundry. She does everything for me. I am taking several kinds of medications. I mostly feel dizzy and blurry. I am very bored at home and I want to go back to work but my body is not allowing me too. At least with short term disability I can pay some of my bills and buy groceries.
