Can someone please explain this to me?

A polymetrics workout is a type of exercise training that uses speed and force of different movements to build muscle power. 5 of the best exercises to do are leg exercises so something like squat jumps. Another good area is working out your upper body. Something like burpees would work well for this or maybe push ups.  Then there are running exercises. box jumps or lateral bounds would work well for this too.
