You probably know that in order to get pregnant a female must have intercourse with a male, the male has to ejaculate inside the female for the sperm to reach the eggs. (You can't get pregnant if a male ejaculates on your stomach) Once the sperm reaches the eggs it basically activates the egg to start growing a little person inside the female. After about 10 months of pregnancy the baby will be grown and the female will go into labor so she can birth the baby. If the baby is premature that means it was born way before the due date. The female knows she's going into labor when her water breaks and she looks like she's peed herself. Usually babies will be born head first which is a lot safer than feet first. There is manual birth where the baby comes out of the females vagina or where you have a c-section and the doctors cut right above your uterus and reach inside to grab the baby. You have to help the baby out because they can't just walk out so you push which does hurt because its a person coming out.
