I don't know what kind of girls ur meeting but not all of them are the same, they might be alike but not the same. Maybe the girls around u all act the same? Sometimes it's due to the pressure of not wanting to be a loner so they act like "other girls". I'm gonna admit that it's hard to find the differences in some people, but there's gonna be something. It also kinda depends on where u live? Eh though I do agree they're, or we're, quite similar, but once u get to know them, or us, u see that there's differences, while they might not be big and obvious, it's there.
