What is the difference between empty calories and regular calories? Use in your own words.

So there are Empty Calories and Nutritional Calories - or regular calories. Empty calories basically are full of calories but don't really provide any help toward your body. They give you sugars and stuff your body doesn't really need and too much can bring damage to your body... basically junk food. Empty Calories are also usually burnt faster and more easily so your body will want to eat more.

Nutritional Calories are the opposite. You would be getting more nutrients (good stuff) and fewer calories. They burn wayyy slower and so you will feel full for longer and usually contain vitamins and fiber. These are usually used to eat better and lose weight(or maintain weight).

it hurts at first because " the cherry is broken" which is a thin layer of skin that breaks so the first time girls have sex it hurts and it bleeds but after the first time it does hurt again because the skin that ia torn does not break again/ grow back.
