What would you do if your going through a hard time

if i'm going through a hard time u should talk to someone u trust about the problem if u don't have anyone then u could always write down everything like a dairy and just hide it in a good space or u could always listen to calming music or just dance out all the issues u going through JUST DON'T THINK ABOUT THE THINGS THAT'S GOING On i hope this helped
