Hey I'm felling depressed and suicidal this is about mental health
what should I do about my feelings

Well first off don't k ill yourself. I feel like that one is kinda obvious. You should go to your parents or someone else you trust to get help. I am currently on medica tion and on the way to recovery with help from a therapist. For right now I would go do something you like to do or talk to a close friend, if you don't have a close friend you can talk to a pet or me if you want. I literally would talk out loud to water and pretended it gave me advice (it obviously didn't it was just me making up what the water would say, I'm not skitsophranic or whatever). You are an amazing person! <3 If you ever need to talk to someone you can talk to me.

Hey, well for starters you can start to talk to someone you trust that isn't going to tell everybody. Second if you are feeling depressed then find something that makes you happy and if you have already tried that then try something new go out with a friend( Social distancing but still) Third talk to a doctor or a therapist. someone you know that is a doctor may help too. Just know, don't hurt yourself, you are loved you have a place in this world. If you need anything I am here
