you could do simple excercises.At home you could do inside workouts such as crunches,push ups.Walk around and time yourself while doing so.You could do things such as just helping outside like raking leaves,cutting tree limbs,those would do much as a simple walk since you doing movement.Something other you could consider is playing with your family,siblings like a little game of hist tossing a ball,playing family kickball.
