Adduction: movement toward the body’a midline

Abduction: movement away from body’s midline

Flexion: decreases the angle

Extension: increases the angle

Internal rotation: rotating inwards

External rotation: rotating outwards

360 degree circumduction: moving in circles (arm circles)

This gel or liquid can be placed under the tongue of an unconscious person. this is important because you should never pour anything down the throat of an unconscious person-- s/he could choke.
