Solution: it raises the alternatives that will lead to solve both the problem and its causes. It is a process that follows the analysis and requires having correctly completed the previous steps, in order to find the correct ways of solution. Decision: in this step the thinking process leads to propose the best alternative for the solution of the problem and discard the less favorable or viable alternatives. Action: this is the set of steps that must be followed to solve the problem and eliminate it. It is a step that involves one or more people, whose responsibility is to carry out the appropriate procedures to solve the problem.
