Approach in a calmly manor. And then tell them you have some concerns.

"with all do respect, I mean this in the most positive way ever. But I feel the child may have some delays." Then explain to them why you feel this way. If they take it the wrong way and start fussing. Simpl say "Im here to help, not judge. If i didnt care and didnt want to help, why would I be here right now. Im trying to help the child."
