A diner was eating at a restaurant. In a plate of noodles was a rather large shard of broken, off-white ceramic. Upon finding this physical hazard, the
diner showed the problem to the server and requested a replacement plate
of noodles. What should the manager of the restaurant do for the customer?

In my opinion i think that, the manager of the diner should give him his money back and free noodles because, The person who had found the peice of ceramic in their noodles could have gotten very sick or died from eating a piece of ceramic... because its literally cement. I think that what the manager should do to make sure this never happens again is to have the serves check the customers food before serving.
