Please help How do I cope with a alcaholic abusive mom. My mom is bipolar and has tried to kill herself 3 times in front of me. My mom is toxic and muvipultive too. I’ve tried to talk to her abt it and she says she’ll change but she never does. Btw when I say alcholic I mean She won’t be sober for months at a time and the only time I’ll see her is when she comes down stairs to yell at me and my dad. I’ve talked to my dad about how they should get a devorce and he always s says he will but never does

It really hurts and I have a lot of pain and I don’t know how to cope. Been dealing with this since I was 1 and I’m 14 now
