Does a positive attitude create high self-esteem, or does high self-esteem create a positive attitude? give an example

i think that a positive attitude creates high self-esteem. one example would be when you get ready and look nice you have a positive attitude because you look nice which in turn makes you have a  high self-esteem.

well say a good goal is to do 150 sit ups in a week! or 90 pull ups a day. even 60 push ups in a month these are all fair goals!
