Although physical health makes up a big part of an individual’s overall wellness, one’s mental and emotional health are just as important. An unhealthy mind can lead to unhealthy choices, which can take a toll on both physical and mental health. Some of these choices could include harmful eating habits, the use of drugs and alcohol, or someone hurting themselves. This is why it’s important to take time for ourselves to make sure our heads are clear and that we are happy. Checking up on other’s and their mental state is crucial as well. In conclusion, mental health is just as significant as any other health, because it has a large impact on our daily lives, decisions, and appearance.
