They protect our spine and keep our back stable at all times, transferring the force from our lower body to our upper body and vice-versa. They also are involved in activities such as giving birth, urinate, and aiding with the breathe when we lift heavy objects. It is of great importance to have a strong core, to not damage our body, and to perform the mentioned activities correctly.
