if it is sometimes then its probably just choking but if it happens everyday that you cough before you eat then, its probably just a cough, or cold situation but if you cough for no reason and you didn't eat yet, but it just comes out of your throat, so irresistable, that you just have to cough, then i think you need to seek special treatment for medicine.
