so yesterday, i saw the most important person of my life pass away and it is making me ill, i have stop taking my meds and i am eating less, i don't want to do this but i am scared. i would like some advice please. i can't live like this anymore, please help me.

I have also lost someone very close to me very recently so I understand how you feel.

Explanation:

try to meditate and focus your thoughts on the happy times you have had with the person. If you feel it talk to a counsellor they will help you with bereavement.

Talk to the people you love this will help you calm down and express your thoughts on the person that has sadly passed.

keep calm and carry on but have the person you have lost close in your heart.
