Sports played a big role during my time in high school. I was able to meet new friends and have experience great things that most people could not. I was able to improve on myself both physically and mentally because it lightens up the stress I experience daily. Since the coronavirus came, I wasn't able to train like I used to and I felt separated and Isolated from my friends. Being part of a team, sports gave me the feeling of family and camaraderie among my peers and the quarantine ruined that bond. If I had control over the  teams I would ask the members what would be the best option of adapting and training during the quarantine. But personally, I would bring the members that are not affected and rally them to train in a secluded place. A training camp, where they could live and train in the same place. They would not be affected by the virus because they can train in isolation.
