While planning a meal the following steps should be considered:

Step 1.) Create a meal list: This will help the planner to know the ones that are balanced, that can be frozen, that are usually left over and are usually preferred by the individuals that the meal for s being planned for.

Step2.) Check the available stock: in this step, the planner accesses the refrigerator, freezer, and food store to take note of food items that a remaining to avoid buying more and money wastage.
