During this time at home how has it impacted your physical and emotional well being?

Emotionally, it has been a greater shock on my well-being.

Explanation:

Physically, I have not been able to go to the gym anymore, so I have been forced to go run outside and find effective home workouts - therefore, it forced me to seek more variety outside of my comfort zone, a good thing. However, being at home all days has made me want to eat more and less healthy due to being around snacks all day.

Emotionally, however, it has been hard not to do things which were such a special part of my day, such as seeing my neighbors or going to the library. The deprivation of this often makes me feel emotionally exhausted.

Well Emotionally, it has made me more emotional and kind of depressed because we can’t really see people as often as we used to. I’ve become a bit anti-social because i don’t see people often anymore. Physically i feel as though i’ve been more lazy and tend to slack off on important things such as school and chores, but lately i’ve been trying to get it together as much as i can :)

1.)dr. natterson- horowitz came to realize that their isn't much of a difference between animals and humans. just like humans, animals can suffer from illnesses and diseases like breast cancer, self injury, anxiety, and many more. she also discovered how they even treated and performed surgical procedures on animals just as if the animal it self were human. the los angeles zoo called dr. natterson- horowitz because they knew that she was a doctor and that she would be able to recognize what was wrong with the gorilla. they knew that humans and gorillas were similar, so instead of calling another veterinarian, they called a doctor.
