How do you feel with you take the time to help someone else, and how do you feel when you take care of or help yourself?

1. when you help someone else you have an exciting urge to reward yourself. You feel happy that you have taken time out to be a good person. 2. When you take care of yourself you feel normal. You feel this way because you take of yourself all the time and its nothing special right? well no it is special because you don't realize that its helping you to be healthy and just like helping somebody else it is life changing.
