Why do those in health care use the 24- hour clock
health care is administered at all times of day
so the patients will not to able to understand
it is on the same system as the American military
it is a more reliable method of keeping track of time

teens need 8-10 hours of sleep. it kind of depends on what time you get up. but prob around 10 or 11 p.m. or 11 or 11: 30 p.m.
