This is not for school but I really need help please do not report. Can my parents trap me in the house like not me out of the house unless we all go out. they don't let me have any friends or go to regular school I have been homeschooled all my life and my schools are very safe. we only go out once a week and that is not enough for me I want to go out and explore a bit. It's grocery shopping once a week and that is super boring. I am angry all the time and punch my walls till my hands bleed I'm looking for advice if they can do this and I am 16 I don't get out of school until 19 because of my birthday not held back.

Well the corona virus is out rn so that could be the reason, they just want u safe.. but if u r that mad about it i would talk to them :/

a compulsive need to exercise

out of the choices i'd say d the ability to set goals, mainly because to desire to continue you need motivation but it isn't motivation in that part, but setting goals means you have an endgame and you want to reach it which sums up motivation.
