Social support will increase sleep quality and lower sleep reduction in an adolescents.Also, social and academic support tends to moderate the effects of academic stress on sleep, there by improving sleep quality and lowering sleep reduction.

The academic pressure may be too much for her to handle due to the fact that she has to carryout all the tasks or assignments given to her in the school and the social demands may cause her stress because she want to peer with friends, hangout and be social.

All this can actually lead her to live her lives in a sleep deprived state.

Although this is common among people who are at their adolescent stage.
