I think its a good idea. As long as you get all of the nutrients and protein that you need, and the diet is healthy, it's worth it. I've been on 30 day paleo diets many times before and it can be quite fun to explore with different foods and substitutes. HEALTHY FOOD IS YUMMY FOOD <3

spending time with your children and parents is really really important in order to have a loving stable and affectionate family.
