List the heath and skill related components of fitness. Give one related example of each. The example can be an exercise, sport, etc.

In my Health class the components were Cardio (running, biking), Muscular strength (max bench, max squat), Muscular Endurance (max reps of pull ups, push up), Flexibility (sit and reach), and Motor Skills (stork stand)
