Jeremiah's boss asked him to design a new shipping and receiving system that would increase productivity. After choosing a new system, Jeremiah was then supposed to train several employees to use the new system. After careful consideration, Jeremiah chose a computerized system to monitor the incoming and outgoing packages. Soon after the failure, Jeremiah was unable to complete other tasks, even tasks that he had successfully completed before.
