Following are the inherent risks associated with physical activity in extreme environments;

In extreme cold environment, a person can suffer from frostbite which can cause amputation of the body part.Physical activity hotter areas can cause dehydration and a person can suffer through high body temperature.Extreme environments pose a risk to health as they expose to more extreme physical injuries with low chances of healing and higher chances of getting worse.
