What types of outdoor activities can be impacted by pollution and how can they be affected?

Air pollution can irritate respiratory conditions and make it hard to breath, especially for the elderly and children. Since illness can be caused by bacteria that live in water, pollution in water can lead to serious illness.

While performing outdoor activities such as aerobic activities, you take deeper breaths which increases the exposure to air pollution. You’re most likely to breathe through your mouth during exercise which means any air you breathe in generally bypasses your nasal passages, which filters out airborne pollutants from entering your lungs. When these particles end up in the lungs, it causes inflammation and irritation. The risk for heart attack and stroke becomes a threat when these particles end up in the bloodstream, a possibility when not caught in the nasal passages.

when you rub, you also apply pressure, that pressure can urge the poop to come out. i think that when your rubbing, you also might be slightly breaking it up and that can further fill the stomach.
