As a healthcare worker why is it difficult to show certain patient's compassion

As a healthcare worker it is difficult to show certain patient's compassion because not all people are the same. Some have different way of showing compassion to their patients and not all patients can understand it the way they wanted it to be understood.

Because without physical activity, the body has extra "energy" if you will, and so when it is time for bed you are not tired, so you end up staying up all night. also there is probably an effect on your internal clock, which messes with your melatonin production which goes hand in hand with your sleep cycle
