Ihave been constipated for 14 weeks. yes, i do have bowel movements & i do go regularly. i drink lots of water everyday & have miralax once a day. my upper stomach gets bloated after i eat and sometimes goes on to the next day in the morning even. is there anything else i can do? any tips?
