If both of them lifted 50 pounds as many times as they could and if Marcel could lift this weight 25x while Jose could lift it 30x times, then we can safely conclude that Jose is the stronger of the two. While this isn't necessarily the case considering that perhaps Marcel has other athletic attributes which make him btter at this.
