Based on your workout, what muscles do you think are the strongest and which muscles need the most work? explain

In my Personal opinion my All Muscles need attention ( I do workout), the strongest would have to be chest, shoulders, thigh and your hamstrings. the Muscle that need the most work would be your abs, for some people that have office jobs,  drive, or even sit down to eat.

Explanation:

your hip  muscles on the front of your upper legs that sit below your abs get tight. Weak abs are a negative side effect of all the sitting as well. When the hip flexors are tight and the abs are weak, your pelvis is going to be pulled into an anterior tilt, or facing downward.

take a break move to stretching and slowly work back into physically exercising if the problem continues go to a doctor or physical therapist
