Guys me . this is personal and i don't speak to anyone about it but i need . i can't seem to stop catfishing. it's not easy to stop and i would appreciate any advice on how to stop

Maybe if you put away all your electronics and lock them with a key and give the key to some one you trust like your parents for about a month to stop the process

Maybe you can delete everything you have had for catfishing for example convos, phone numbers, pics, etc. and possibly get a new email for new accounts just so you can start fresh as yourself not someone else
