I don't know if you participated in particular physical activities in the course.  If so, you should select one of those.  If it is any choice of activities, then you can select activities such as running, hiking, or playing soccer to continue to do in the future.

To improve your performance, you need to make sure you get enough sleep and are well rested.  You need to be aware to make healthy food choices, and you need to have accountability so you end up doing the activities, and don't get lazy. So doing them with a friend is a great option.
