I am a female so i will answer this you start to notice you sweat more. Your breast  start to develop. Your body produces discharge. Discharge is a thick creamy stuff that leaves the females vagina. Then you start to spot. Spiting is were your body for the first time is about to start a period. This can occur for a few months or even a year till your body has a real period. You start to also pubic hair coming in. You gain more weight typically due to hormones.
