This is misleading because the actual cause could be blood clot, gun shot wound, a lifetime of McDonalds fries, cancer, etc. In order to change someone's behavior so that they avoid heart failure you would need a more precise cause of death. Don't eat fatty foods so your cholesterol stays low or stay away from high crime areas to avoid gun shot and bleeding out. Technically all death is heart failure. That's how they determine death in the hospital.
