Time Management refers to the effective management of your hours between your work and your personal activities. Nowadays, where we have more and more duties and commitments, learning to do this type of management is a planning absolutely necessary to be able to meet “everything” in a healthy and effective way.

This is all important because we cannot deny that today everything seems to happen so quickly that not being prepared can mean missing out on good opportunities as well. Managing time lets you work hard, be more productive, and really focus on your goals and objectives.

Two activities that can help us manage our time:

1. Write down all the activities we have to do the next day and set the time when each should be done.

2. Using Pomodoro Technique: Using this technique, you can know not only the amount of activities that are done, but also the quality. The Pomodoro method is simple and lasts two hours. First, you perform an activity for 25 minutes. When the time is up, rest 5 minutes. So in succession until it completes the two hours. As a reward, you rest another 30 minutes. The concept of Pomodoro is that the person who is going to study or perform a task takes exactly 25 minutes. Finishing it or not, he should stop and rest 5 minutes.
