Does bone strenght require performance-related fitness or non-performace-related fitness?

Bone strength and density are also types of non-performance-related fitness. They are difficult to test and therefore are not often used as a measurement of how fit you are. However, the more physically active you are over a lifetime, the better your bone density.

age might have something to do with behavior depending on the age because not everyone who is the same age acts the same like 2 year olds could have bad behavior but some won't.
