What is a controllable risk factor for disease

A poor diet and high blood pressure and cholesterol! ^.^

Following are few risk factors that can be controlled over a period of time:

An individual can prevent him/her self from a number of disease by improving their diet and quality of food they in take, as the number of common diseases are due to poor diet. balanced eating also helps a person to prevent blood pressure, obesity, high cholesterol etc. And lastly smoking, which is one of the vibrant factor  in causing of all the disease what might lead to death as well, but it can be controlled.
