In cooking scenarios, a watch or a bracelet can cause a lot of trouble because they could fall into the food while it is being prepared. It can also get dirty with food and spreading the rest of the food in the uniform, other dishes, in the tables, or the clients. But they could also accumulate sweat from the food handler and contaminate the food with it.

i would suggest to drink some water, my eyes get dry early in the morning and is that dose not much you can try some eye drops, flushing it with eye solution, and if its red i would think it could be pink eye, allergies also effects the eyes, nose, ears and others so it could be that, the best solution i can think is try to flush it and if it dose not then see a doctor.
