NWP: Alice Paul used to be NAWSA member and established her own movement called the congressional union of women suffrage. It became as we know now NWP (changed it in 1917). However, she is very radical and hated the duplicity of the government.

NAWSA: with the efforts of Carrie Chapmann Catt, she pushed the organization up by signing women for war service and created a public perception that all those who asked for the right to vote for women were actually patriots (remember this happened during WW1), due to this, the constitution allowed the movement, leading to the 19th amendment.
