I'm learning about climate change, and could a tiny river becoming the biggest river in the country been caused by something other than climate change? And what could some other causes be? How might these other causes relate to climate change?

The were examples of police  brutality  and prideful people. police brutality because they could have acted differently. and prideful people because even if you are treated wrong you should still humble your self to the law that is before you.
