Which large west african country has the distinction of never having been colonized by a wold power

Well, all west african countries have been colonized by europe. The only country that has never been colonized is ethiopia. The italians tried to take the country but the ethiopian army fought back against them. Ethiopian heritage is the only heritage that is virtually untouched.
