It is divided into four regions namely Brazil, North Coast, Andean Countries and the South. The North Coast consists of Columbia, Venezuala, Guyana and French Guiana. The Andean Countries are Ecuador, Bolivia, Chile and Peru. The South are Uruguay, Argentina and Paraguay.  South America is the southern part of the American landmass.
