A power plant? That´s easy. A power plant is a building that building that has a LOT of history. For the one I´m talking about I am talking about a dam power plant. A dam power plant is a big dam that blocks water from reaching a sertian area. For the power plant, there are like little turbines that pull in water. Then the water is put into the container that has another turbine, that spins when the water is in the container. Then the electricity that is made from the spinning turbine goes to the homes via telephone wire, and that is how power is made in a power plant, and what is in a power plant that help make the power.
