Rheology is the branch of physics that studies the deformation and flow of matter (liquid, solid, and gas) but usually in a liquid state. Rheology grouped liquids into two classes which are; Newtonian fluids and Non-Newtonian fluids. The Newtonian fluids are the fluids that conform to Newton's theory, and are said to be perfectly viscous while the non-Newtonian fluids, are the fluids that do not conform to Newton's theory.
