Michigan has many forms of local government. the largest of these is the county, township or the municipality level. Under Michigan’s constitution, each of these governments can write their own charters. This policy is known as home rule, a special district or a constitution. According to this policy, a local government charters must be approved by the federal government, the state legislature or the voters. please help asap
