When studying for a test it's better if you start at least a week before it. Your only option now is to cram as much as you can. The good thing is, people tend to memorize things at a faster rate when they are under stress and are rushing. So if you study for an hour and a half minimum then you shouldn't have a problem. When studying, read over the material and separate sections so it is easier to understand. You could also read the entire thing but as you do, annotate it. Annotating is very important and is helpful even in college and afterwards. What you do is highlight, underline, box etc., what's important so you can easily pick out what's needed to be memorized. This is the best method I can give, I'll leave an attachment that shows exactly what annotating is (Don't worry about the content that's in the example, just look at the markings). If you can, look over your study notes before class, that helps a lot as well.
